Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)
Just a few words about an eye infection called Conjunctivitis, which can result from bacteria, viruses, or even allergies. I contracted this infection recently, and was prescribed Erythromycin (Anitbiotic) to use directly on my eye. [Background music - 'Cha Cha' performed by Patrice Rushen]

I just traveled across country, from Oregon to Indiana.
Via a multitude of states, I frequented many truckstops, pumped my own feul.
I now have it as well, I also heard that lack of H2o an dirty gas pump nossels.
Are my worst enemy.

mine dosnt itch. it just hurts like hell wenever i open my eye. anybody familiar with that?

my eyes inch and then they turn red. Which has made my skin turn red and a few red marks come on my face.

Get well, and remember to wash your hands as often as possible. You never know where the infection comes from. Thanks 4 watching and yeah, my cup is a biggie…;~)

im right with ya sean! i have it a and it really sucks! i got it 9 hours after i gave up smoking and still have it, have tried antibiotics didnt work, doxycycline. it making my life and god damned misery, so i hope yours clears up soon mate!1 good luck

hey sean! i just thought as i was typing to you, if other people use yopur computer keyboard that can collect bacteria! i heard that pc keyboards get well filthy with germs, you can spray clean them with alchohol spray though, jus thtought i would share an idea, incase others use your computer!

Jason, mine cleared up in less than 3 days with the antibiotics, and good point about dirty keyboards. Germs are everywhere

optrex infected eye drops does work my dad had real bad pink eye yesterday i got him the drops and it has reduced it a lot i recommend it bit pricy but does the job

Thanks for watching & posting comments. The only thing I can suggest is for you to obtain antibiotics for your eyes, but the good stuff can only be obtained through your physician. Also, make sure your hygeine is on point…wash your hands often.

dude my newborn daughter is 2 weeks old and she just got it but hers got bad because she kept rubbing her eyes and my wife kept digging the gunk out and it just got so bad she couldnt open it so I took my daughter to the er and they cleaned it out and prescibed some ointment and stuff like that but Im not sure what kink of conjunktivitus it is but it was real bad

its ok but yea I guess the doctor told us its the bacterial kind where her tear ducts got clogged and i guess the reason this happens to new borns is because in the first month they cant produce tears so but yea anyways I just take a warm wash cloth and clean out her eyes every morning
