I Want To Get Colored Contacts But I Have An Astigmatism, What Should I Do?

I’m from the Philippines and I want to get colored contacts. A person working in a vision center said that I should treat my astigmatism first before I wear contact lenses. My right eye’s grade is 50 and the left one is 25. It’s not that high but do I really have to treat my astigmatism first before I could get a colored contact lenses?

    go to 1800contacts.com or clearly contacts.com and check them out
    theres lots of colored for astigmatism

    I have astigmatism and I wear contacts that are made for astigmatism. I would go to a different vision center if possible because the person who told you to treat your astigmatism does not know what they are talking about because the way to treat astigmatism is to get contacts that are made for people who have astigmatism. When you go to your eye doctor tell them you have astigmatism and that you want colored contacts.

    There are colored contacts for astigmatism, but there is a very limited number of prescriptions for it. Meaning, someone with a high prescription, like myself, cannot get colored contacts for astigmatism because they’re simply not made. Chances are, you don’t fall into that limited number of prescriptions either. You’ll probably just have to get normal contacts.

    There is no such thing as ” treating ” your astigmatism, it isn’t a disease.
    Without seeing your complete prescription it’s difficult to tell you anything. There has to be more to it than just 50 & 25…

    you can get toric color lenses…i mean color lenses for astigmatisim…..i think freshlook has color lenses 4 astigmatisim available in 4 colors honey green blue and gray………….

    Hi, you don’t need to treat astigmatism before to get colored contact lenses. You will need TORIC Contact Lenses.
