I read somewhere on the web that states astigmatism can be corrected with glasses.
Does this mean after I wear the glass for a certain amount time my eyes will be better?

  1. David E says:

No. It means that while you are wearing the glasses, your astigmatism will not prevent you from seeing. Astigmatism can be treated with LASIK or other refractive surgeries.

Be prepared to wear them for the rest of your life.
Glasses will correct the problem but only while you are wearing them.
