I really want contact lenses; I hate my glasses, they’re like old lady glasses. They make me look older. I like not wearing them; when I don’t wear them I look 10 years old 
But my parents say that contact lenses will mess up my eyes even more, and I can’t convince them that thats not true. Now even my younger friends have contacts, and I have to wear these old lady glasses.
Anyway, how can I convince them that I should get contacts? Like what are some pros to getting them?

when i wanted contacts, i said that it would keep my glasses from braking so much, especially since i play full contact basketball. that really seemed to help.
Next time you go to the doctor, ask the doctor about contact lenses in fron of them,. The doctor should know all the answers and I am assuming the trust your doctor.
